*Discount Eligibility: Applicant must be an existing NBT mortgage customer; new loan must be a 1-4 primary residence; eligible products include conventional, ARM, construction draw, construction end, jumbo and super jumbo products. For CRA products the discount will be the better of the product rate or the discount rate; government products/programs and land loans are not eligible.
Refinance Discounts: Cash-out refinance discount is -0.250%, No-cash-out refinances are eligible for a -0.125% discount. Refinance requests from a fixed rate to an ARM will not be eligible for discounted rates.
